I’m so happy with my sauna from Kylin Saunas! The sauna itself is fantastic and I’m really impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, the handle was damaged during transit, but Kylin’s customer service was exceptional. I contacted them with some photos and the relevant information, and a replacement was shipped the very same day. It arrived within just 3 days! Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue so quickly really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and makes the whole process so easy. I would absolutely recommend Kylin Saunas to anyone considering purchasing a sauna. Fantastic product and even better customer service!

Standard Delivery
Enter your postcode and select your suburb at checkout to calculate the delivery cost.
Your order will be delivered either by the Kylin delivery team or one of our trusted third-party courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will show the shipping provider. Please note that items may be dispatched from different warehouse locations, so your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Most deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe place, or you may receive a card or notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges depending on the courier’s policy.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional area: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the courier network, and peak periods. If the product is out of stock in your selected location, additional time may be required to transfer stock, where available.

Return & Warranty

These products are covered by a 1-year local warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or mechanical components under normal domestic use. If a fault is confirmed, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Other Home & Living Items
Warranty is not applicable to non-appliance items unless otherwise stated. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for return or exchange upon assessment.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
