About Us
Founded in 2009, Kylin Australia began with a focus on premium kitchen appliances, sold both in-store and online. Over time, our expertise in electrical products grew - and in response to the global shift towards health and wellness, we expanded into creating products that truly enhance everyday living. In 2019, we proudly designed and developed our first sauna unit in Melbourne. Since then, the Kylin Saunarange has become our flagship line and is now recognised as one of Australia's most trusted home sauna brands. Our mission is simple: to promote better health, relaxation, and balance- while delivering thoughtfully designed products and exceptional customer service. Today, Kylin has built one of the largest showroom networks in Australia, with three showrooms in Melbourne, two in Sydney, one in Brisbane, and a new Perth showroom opening in November. Each location allows customers to experience our products in person, supported by knowledgeable staff who provide expert advice. What truly sets us apart is that every city is backed by its own dedicated service team, ensuring smooth delivery, professional installation, and reliable ongoing maintenance.
