    Best addition to our home We installed this sauna a few months ago and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The heat is consistent and comfortable, the build quality feels solid, and it’s surprisingly easy to use. After a long day, 20–30 minutes inside completely resets me—muscles loosen up, stress melts away, and I sleep better afterward. It’s become a daily ritual for both of us. Clean, well-designed, and worth every penny. Highly recommend

    Standard Delivery

    Enter your postcode and select your suburb at checkout to calculate the delivery cost.

    Your order will be delivered either by the Kylin delivery team or one of our trusted third-party courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will show the shipping provider. Please note that items may be dispatched from different warehouse locations, so your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

    Most deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe place, or you may receive a card or notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges depending on the courier’s policy.

    Delivery Timeframe

    We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

    Metro areas: 2–5 business days
    Regional area: 5–7 business days
    Remote areas: 7-12 business days

    Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the courier network, and peak periods. If the product is out of stock in your selected location, additional time may be required to transfer stock, where available.

    We offer free click and collect when stock is available at one of our warehouse locations. Availability can be checked at checkout.

    Return & Warranty

    Red Light, Home & Kitchen Appliances
    These products are covered by a 1-year local warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or mechanical components under normal domestic use. If a fault is confirmed, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

    Other Home & Living Items
    Warranty is not applicable to non-appliance items unless otherwise stated. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for return or exchange upon assessment.

    For any warranty or return enquiries, please submit the warranty claim form [here], or contact our team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the matter and assist you as soon as possible.

    Change of Mind Returns
    If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

    Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to inspection once received, and items that are not returned in resaleable condition may not be accepted.
