Your order will be delivered either by the Kylin delivery team or one of our trusted third-party courier partners. Most deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe place, or you may receive a card or notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges depending on the courier’s policy.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Change of Mind Returns
