Standard Delivery
Enter your postcode and select your suburb at checkout to calculate the delivery cost.
Your order will be delivered either by the Kylin delivery team or one of our trusted third-party courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will show the shipping provider. Please note that items may be dispatched from different warehouse locations, so your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Most deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe place, or you may receive a card or notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges depending on the courier’s policy.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional area: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the courier network, and peak periods. If the product is out of stock in your selected location, additional time may be required to transfer stock, where available.
Click and Collect
We offer free click and collect when stock is available at one of our warehouse locations. Availability can be checked at checkout.
