• Nearest depot pick-up: Lower shipping cost option. The sauna will be delivered to the nearest depot from your address, and you will have to pick it up from the depot by yourself.

Self -Installation Tips

NOTE: Plug not included, it requires a certified electrician to install power.
Proper installation requires the services of a licensed electrician so the sauna can be connected to your mains. Due to the high power requirements of this unit, a standard 10AMP wall outlet will not provide sufficient power.
*4.5kw heater requires 30-40AMP outlet in single/three-phase power
*6kw heater requires 40-63AMP outlet in single /  three-phase power

The barrel sauna must be installed on a level surface. If it is placed on grass or a path with small gravel, customers are required to install concrete surfaces in outdoor areas at their own expense. This is necessary to prevent the support racks from sinking into the grass, mud, or gravel. It is required to apply a coat of decking oil to the wood to protect it from the elements and prevent cracking or warping. It is essential to perform regular maintenance every 3 months to 6 months.

Warranty

• For infrared saunas, we provide a 5-year structural and 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year structural and parts warranty and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.
• For traditional steam saunas, we offer a 5-year structural and 2-year parts warranty and a 1‐year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year structural and parts warranty and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.

If the indoor sauna is placed outdoors, the location must be fully sheltered and protected from the weather, otherwise the warranty will be void. If your sauna is not working in rare cases and needs to repair, please consult our expert and we will come up with the best solution for you. Please check the warranty details here.

Returns & Exchanges

As Kylin Sauna is a large and oversized item, please understand that we do not provide returns for the sauna because of huge delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, our experts will immediately solve your problem so that you can keep enjoying the sauna. We typically do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the model isn’t right for you or the size doesn’t fit for you or the space, you can return it at your own expense, as long as it’s unused and in new condition. We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange.

When receiving your item, please check for any visible damage made during delivery not later than 2 days after the delivery. If there are any rare cases of defective items, please email photos and a detailed description of the circumstances of a defect. Our customer service representative will assist you at your earliest convenience.
