Our Saunas are crafted by Nordic spruce to bring all the luxury and health benefits of a traditional sauna experience at a more accessible price point. This barrel sauna includes a 6KW Electric heater for absolute relaxation. You can get comfortable sitting and enjoying the company of friends and loved ones. An outdoor barrel sauna can also add value to your gym or club and be a reason to host a fun, cozy backyard party in your house. This model features a built-in front porch with benches so you have a cooling down area on the outside of the sauna. The round concept of the barrel sauna makes it unique and very efficient to heat as well as encourages proper airflow during sauna use.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery

  • Home delivery: Shipping costs depend on the models and destination, you can get the live quote from our website.
  • Nearest depot pick-up: Lower shipping cost option. The sauna will be delivered to the nearest depot from your address, and you will have to pick it up from the depot by yourself.

Installation

Sauna Installation Service can be required in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas (Plug not included)
Base price $999 plus shipping. It takes 6-8 hours to install. Please ask our staff for a quote.

NOTE: Plug not included, it requires a certified electrician to install power.
Proper installation requires the services of a licensed electrician so the sauna can be connected to your mains. Due to the high power requirements of this unit, a standard 10AMP wall outlet will not provide sufficient power.
*4.5kw heater requires 30-40AMP outlet in single/three-phase power
*6kw heater requires 40-63AMP outlet in three-phase power

The barrel sauna must be installed on a level surface. If it is placed on grass or a path with small gravel, customers are required to install concrete surfaces in outdoor areas at their own expense. This is necessary to prevent the support racks from sinking into the grass, mud, or gravel. It is required to apply a coat of decking oil to the wood to protect it from the elements and prevent cracking or warping. It is essential to perform regular maintenance every 3 months to 6 months.

Warranty
  • For indoor saunas, we provide a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year parts warranty and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.
  • For outdoor saunas, we offer a 3‐year parts warranty and a 1‐year labor warranty for residential use; a 1‐year parts warranty and a 6‐month labor warranty for commercial use.

If the indoor sauna is placed outdoors, the location must be fully sheltered and protected from the weather, otherwise the warranty will be void. The labor service area is located within the Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan areas only. The Sauna warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If your sauna is not working in rare cases and needs to repair, please consult our expert and we will come up with the best solution for you. For other remote areas, we will deliver the specified component parts to you free of charge. Click here for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

As Kylin Sauna is a large and oversized item, please understand that we do not provide returns for the sauna because of huge delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, our experts will immediately solve your problem so that you can keep enjoying the sauna. We do not accept returns or exchanges on change of mind.  When receiving your item, please check for any visible damage made during delivery not later than 2 days after the delivery. If there are any rare cases of defective items, please email photos and a detailed description of the circumstances of a defect. Our customer service representative will assist you at your earliest convenience.

    I recently added the Kylin Outdoor Barrel Steam Sauna to our rustic vacation home and it has become the highlight of our vacation home. The traditional steam heat gives us a sweaty, authentic experience every time. The installers were also very nice and got the sauna installed quickly. My wife was a little skeptical at first, but now we both use it regularly. Our health is getting better and better, thank you very much Kylin!

    We just bought a holiday house in a rural area and we want to make add some special features to it. As someone who already bought an indoor sauna room from Kylin, we immediately decided sauna is a must have feature. While browsing the site we discovered this item and found it looks really cool. The delivery and installation service is outstanding, just like what we had for the sauna room. It uses traditional steam heating instead of infrared used by the sauna rooms which gives us an authentic experience without going to Finland. I am really happy with this outdoor sauna and have recommended it to my friends.

    My husband bought this sauna two months ago and I initially didn't fancy it as I don't like to be very hot. However, after I tried it after being convinced by my husband, my only thought was: God, I fell in love with it! I never thought I would obsessed with sauna and I now take it every 2 days. It's relaxing and enjoyable. To make things better, the glass door allows us to enjoy the stunning view from our house while having a sauna. No need for more words, this is a must-buy!
