How You'll Receive Your Rewards 

Referral rewards are paid via PayPal on the 1st of each month for successful referral orders from the previous month.

After registration, we'll email you instructions to add your PayPal details. You can also enter them manually in your account once registered.

Rewards are settled monthly and paid exclusively through PayPal. Cash payments, bank transfers and other payment methods are not available.

Who is this program for?

This customer referral program is for Kylin customers who want to recommend our saunas. Include your original order number when registering so our team can verify your purchase and review your application.

When will I receive the reward details?

After approval, we will email you your personal referral code, the reward amount and friend discount for each tier, and the program terms. Rewards and friend discounts increase as you progress from Starter to Heat and Peak. You can review the details before you start sharing.

How do I move up a tier?

You automatically progress to Heat after 15 cumulative successful referral orders, and to Peak after 30 cumulative successful referral orders. Your count does not reset after reaching Heat: another 15 successful orders takes you from the 15-order milestone to the 30-order milestone.

Where can I share my code?

You can share your code on social media, in private messages or on public platforms. Ask the purchaser to use your code when buying their sauna.

What happens if I don't use my code?

Your personal code automatically expires if it is not used for first 30 consecutive days. The process for reapplying or reactivating an expired code will be confirmed in the final program terms.

Will I receive a registration invitation?

Customers will receive an automated invitation email after their sauna has arrived. You can also reach the registration page through other channels. Every submitted application is available to our team for review.

What if I want a business partnership?

Business and brand partnership proposals are reviewed separately by email. Please use the business enquiry route below rather than the customer referral registration process.
