Why are we not free delivery & installation?

We try our best to save our customers’ cost, by separating the price delivery and installation.
As we know, delivery fee of a big item such as Sauna is very expensive in Australia. The delivery fee can be varied from $100-$2000, depending on the distance. We don’t want to top up an average delivery fee to every sauna and sell them as “free delivery”.

We are one the few sauna suppliers with showrooms and warehouse in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We try our best to minimize delivery fee by shipping out from capital cities. We welcome customers to bring their families to our show room to try our different saunas and check the quality. For those customers who can pick up saunas with their vehicle, come to our showroom, have a look the demo and check the quality is the best option. For those customers actually need a delivery service, our team can also provide the delivery with a reasonable labor fee.
Sauna installation is very simple. Husband & wife or father & son (2 people) can finish a sauna installation in 30 minutes. It is also a joy to complete the installation process of a large sauna with family members. Also, for those customers need an installation service, our team members can provide installation service with a reasonable labor fee.

To sum up, we want our customers to get every dollar they spend on the quality of their sauna. We separate the fees for customers to have more suitable options.

Installation

  • Indoor infrared saunas fit in fully sheltered patios, for additional rain or sun protection, explore our sauna cover options here.
  • Our installation service fee is $250 on top of the delivery charge for an indoor sauna.
  • Our service areas cover the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast metropolitan areas, with our reliable third-party assembly teams covering Canberra and Perth. For more information, give us a call at 1300 790 806.
  • There will be an additional surcharge of $80 per floor if the installation is required on or above the ground floor.
  • Packaging disposal is not included, an $80 additional cost will occur if required.

The sauna is easy to assemble by DIY in just 45 minutes! The sauna is flat-packed with one or more than one package on a pallet. You will receive panels with built-in electrical elements and No electrician is needed. No plumbing and ventilation are needed in the room. You will only need to assemble them together with the buckles provided, and just plug in a standard 10A domestic power socket (Except for the outdoor model).

Shipping & Pick-up

Delivery

To calculate your delivery costs, simply enter your postcode and select your suburb on the cart or checkout page.

1. For Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and GoldCoast metropolitan areas: Delivery by our Kylin delivery team and schedule usually within 1-10 days. We can contact you once the delivery date is confirmed.

2. For other metro/remote areas: Shipped by trusted carriers. We will dispatch your order within 1-3 days of receiving your order. The truck driver may not contact you before the shipment, please check the tracking details to obtain the updated arrival date.

The sauna is flat-packed with one or more than one package on a pallet. Our standard delivery is a one-person service to your door on the ground level only and the driver will not take it upstairs or in elevators.  If the recipient is not present to accept delivery, the item will be left in a safe place or will need to be redelivered and any additional redelivery costs will be responsible by the customer. Pick-ups

1. Nearest depot pick-up: This option offers lower shipping costs. With this choice, your sauna will be delivered to the nearest depot to your address. You will be responsible for picking it up from the depot yourself. You can obtain an instant quote by entering your postcode and selecting your suburb on the cart or checkout page.

2. Pick-ups from our warehouse/pick-up points
You are welcome to pick up all sauna orders from us free of charge! Please contact us at 1300 7901 806 for more details and we would love to arrange for an easy and fastest way for you. Please place your order online to ensure stock is reserved for you.

Return & Warranty

Warranty
  • For infrared saunas, we provide a 5-year structural and 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year structural and parts warranty and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.
  • For traditional steam saunas, we offer a 5-year structural and 2-year parts warranty and a 1‐year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year structural and parts warranty and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.

If the indoor sauna is placed outdoors, the location must be fully sheltered and protected from the weather, otherwise the warranty will be void. If your sauna is not working in rare cases and needs to repair, please consult our expert and we will come up with the best solution for you. Please check the warranty details here.

Parts Warranty:

The parts warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship or any mechanical components that may fail including the heater control, power supply, wires, and audio system. We will provide the necessary parts at no cost to you if your product is within the warranty period. If the warranty has expired, parts can still be supplied at an additional charge.

Labor Warranty:

Our service area includes locations within 50km of Blackburn VIC, Sydney NSW, and Brisbane QLD. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our support team, we will send a technician to perform the necessary repairs. Please note, if man-made damage is identified upon inspection, additional on-site charges may apply. For customers in remote areas, we will provide the required parts at no cost. You can choose to either replace the parts yourself or hire a third-party handyman for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

As Kylin Sauna is a large and oversized item, please understand that we do not provide returns for the sauna because of huge delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, our experts will immediately solve your problem so that you can keep enjoying the sauna. We typically do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the model isn’t right for you or the size doesn’t fit for you or the space, you can return it at your own expense, as long as it’s unused and in new condition. We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange.

When receiving your item, please check for any visible damage made during delivery not later than 2 days after the delivery. If there are any rare cases of defective items, please email photos and a detailed description of the circumstances of a defect. Our customer service representative will assist you at your earliest convenience.

    Saunas increase circulation. This is the number one reason I wanted a sauna to relieve joint and muscle pain after exercise. I found that the Kylin sauna offers the best value for money compared to other brands. Therefore, I purchased this 3 person sauna for myself, my wife, and my 17 year old son.     It is well-made and heats up quickly. I use the sauna with my wife after every workout. The day after using it, the soreness in my body is greatly reduced. This sauna has greatly accelerated my body's recovery and made my athletic performance even better.

    Pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to install. Basically a 4 piece jigsaw puzzle. Delivery from Melbourne to Qld was cheaper than i thought. The vendor is very pleasant, prompt and honest. The Sauna itself is extremely powerful and better than those used at commercial health venues. Amazing and thankyou!

    We were hesitant about the choice of size, should we go for the 3 person one or the 4 person one? Our decision is the 3 person one and we really glad we made this choice. Despite the smaller size, it has more features than the bigger one. Our favourite features are of course the 10 colours LED lights and the Bluetooth audio, which the former one isn't available on the bigger one. Imagine you have changing colour lights and music playing while having a sauna, how cool is that! Also to mention is the quality and service are really good, the delivery and installation are speedy.

    As a first-time sauna user, we compared several sellers and went to the showrooms if it's available. We ended up with Kylin for the quality, service and price. I have to say it's the right decision, the delivery just took 5 days and the installation instruction is intuitive. The build quality is outstanding with very easy preparation and use. Speaking of the sauna experience, it's amazing, especially relaxing muscle pain after lengthy off-road bike rides. So, fantastic product and service, highly recommend it to everyone.

    We went to their showroom to have a check and bought this 3 person sauna after comparing. It's so marvellous so I decided to go out of my way to leave a review here. My partner and I love saunas so we were looking to have one at home. The main selling points for me are the 10 colours light, Bluetooth audio and the ergonomic backrest. It's really enjoyable to have mood lights and music when having the sauna. The ergonomic backrest is handy for us as we both have bad waists and backs, this allows us better relaxing. I have to say this is one of my most worthiest investment.
