As we know, delivery fee of a big item such as Sauna is very expensive in Australia. The delivery fee can be varied from $100-$2000, depending on the distance. We don’t want to top up an average delivery fee to every sauna and sell them as “free delivery”.

We are one the few sauna suppliers with showrooms and warehouse in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We try our best to minimize delivery fee by shipping out from capital cities. We welcome customers to bring their families to our show room to try our different saunas and check the quality. For those customers who can pick up saunas with their vehicle, come to our showroom, have a look the demo and check the quality is the best option. For those customers actually need a delivery service, our team can also provide the delivery with a reasonable labor fee.
Sauna installation is very simple. Husband & wife or father & son (2 people) can finish a sauna installation in 30 minutes. It is also a joy to complete the installation process of a large sauna with family members. Also, for those customers need an installation service, our team members can provide installation service with a reasonable labor fee.

To sum up, we want our customers to get every dollar they spend on the quality of their sauna. We separate the fees for customers to have more suitable options.
