She answered all our questions and arranged the invoices and delivery for us also. Our sauna arrived in two flat packs, and my husband and I put it together in a couple of hours. It was quite simple to put together, however clipping the panels together whilst guiding them in the track was a little tricky. We actually enjoyed the install process, and now we are enjoying using the sauna too. The overall quality of the Sauna has impressed us, and my husband tested the EMF using the meter he has.
