How much is the shipping cost?

We are glad to arrange delivery Australia-wide. If you're in the Melbourne Metro area, the delivery fee is a flat rate of $100 and you can plus $100 on top of the delivery to get the installation service from our team. For other metro areas, the delivery quotes will be shown on the checkout page. If you're in other remote areas, please let us know your postcode and we will come up with the best delivery quotes for you.

How will my sauna room be shipped?

The sauna is flat-packed with one or more than one packages. It will be shiped on the pallet. The receiver should always be contacted to arrange delivery if it is a home delivery by tailgate service. The sauna must be unloaded on the ground floor and the carriers will not take anything upstairs or in elevators.

How long will it take to deliver?

We will dispatch your sauna in 48 hours after receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please allow the following delivery times based on your location.

Metro delivery: 2 – 5 business days
Regional delivery: 5 – 7 business days
Remote delivery: 7 – 12 business days

What if I am not at home when delivering?

This is the answer All deliveries will be delivered in the authority to leave option, In the case where there is no one on-site to receive the freight, the freight will only be left if there is a safe place to do so, otherwise it will be returned to the depot. You may receive a "missing delivery" card and re-delivery will be arranged. The re-delivery fee $50 may occur. Please note that any additional freight carrier’s fees such as re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

We only ship within Australia at the moment.

How much is the delivery fee?

We ship Australia-wide. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 within Victoria. For other states, you can also enjoy FREE SHIPPING when spending over $200 on orders. Otherwise, there will be a flat rate shipping charge as follows.

VIC, NSW, ACT, SA : Flat rate $8
TAS, QLD, WA, NT : Flat rate $16

What are your delivery time frames?

Your order will be packed and shipped within our normal time frame (1-2 days) but there are varying delays in shipping timeframes. Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch, or can be viewed in your account.

What are the shipping methods?

Your orders are shipped using Australia Post, Hello Kitchen delivery team, or other carriers. Once we despatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. Orders in Melbourne metro areas will be asigned to deliver by our own delivery team, you will receive a text message before the driver arrives.

We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.

Typically, orders are signed on delivery although some items may no longer require a signature. If no one is available at the address to sign for the parcel(s), then a "missed delivery" card will be left and the parcel(s) can be collected from the nearest Post Office at a later time. Alternatively, the parcel will be left in a safe place or a re-delivery may be arranged depending on the different scenarios when appropriate.
