For Saunas: Kylin assures to the user during the warranty period that the components in Sauna will be covered by 5 years warranty period for residential use (or 1-year commercial use) including heating panel, control, and wiring, power supply, and audio system for indoor residential use. Kylin guarantees that maintenance of the Sauna will not cause defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to any display model unless agreed by Kylin in writing at the time of purchase. 

In the event of an Electrical Failure of the Sauna covered by the Warranty, at our sole discretion, we will arrange for our approved repairer to repair the Sauna for the user in Melbourne; or if we decide the Sauna is unable to be repaired, we will repair or replace the Sauna or relevant parts with the same or equivalent Sauna or parts. For other remote areas, specified component parts will be delivered to you free of charge. For the purposes of this Warranty Cover, the replacement in this instance will be deemed a repair. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the Sauna. Additional charges will be applied if the damage is caused by the misuse of components. Customers within the free service area will enjoy free labor and parts service, or an extra call-out fee is required after the warranty period. The free on-site service area is within 40 km from Blackburn VIC 3130.

– Exclusions: This warranty may not be transferred, sold, donated, gifted, or assigned to a third party except with the prior written consent of Kylin, in its sole and absolute discretion. Kylin shall not be liable for any loss due to misuse of the Sauna or other incidental or consequential costs and expenses. Company warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failure caused by the unauthorized installer, user, or another person, including without limitation, termites and other wood-destroying insects or rodents. etc.

For Other Appliances: Kylin guarantees this product against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 12 months domestic use (or 3 months commercial use) from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, Kylin will repair any defective product. If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. Kylin reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Packaging, instructions, recipes, etc will also not be replaced unless faulty.

Kylin Sauna guarantees a 5-year warranty including all parts warranty for components of the sauna room including the heater panels, control box, power supply, wires, and audio system. Also, we provide 1-year labour warranty in Melbourne metro area. The Sauna warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of payment if buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of valued price. Keep in mind that the condition of the item sent back to the Kylin is important, please help to repack it carefully. If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, Kylin may deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

You are entitled to an exchange if we unfortunately deliver a product that is not the same as the item description. Please email to i[email protected] and state the product description, include image and invoice number in the email. Our team will help at the earliest time for you.

We provide 30 days change-of -mind return policy. For change of mind return, the returned sauna must be unused, undamaged, in a orignal condition with packing materials, along with the shipping pallet. Buyer will have to bear the costs of returning the sauna back to our warehouse and it must be in a good and original condition. Keep in mind that the condition of the item sent back to the Kylin is important, please help to repack it carefully. If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, Kylin may deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
